Spindrift

Tried out another new drink today at one of Brown’s fine dining establishments(the Blue Room). This one, unlike the mash drinks, is just new to me not to Brown, I just never had the motivation to try it… or maybe the courage(if you look closely there’s some strange things floating in there), but that was a big mistake. Spindrift is delicious and has immediately replaced Mash as my favorite fruity drink, sorry it wasn’t meant to be. The fact that you can actually taste and see the fruit in this drink, make mash just seem weak in comparison. Spindrift is made how soda was originally made, with real crushed fruit, sugar, and sparkling water (a little more food history for you there) and I got to say I think grandpa had it right back in the day was better.
