Food and Wine’s Best New Chef

Food and Wine recently announced there best new chef of the year. This is a very prestigous award and whoever wins it can make some damn good food.

The winner this year was Jamie Bissonnette…. who’s restaurant, Coppa, is no more than 45 minutes away from Providence(I know I’m excited, maybe a little too excited even- this restaurants not on the cheap)

Coppa is located in Boston’s South End, a trip well worth it for anyone who has taste buds and goes to brown university. It’s fancy italian, with  some delicious tapas, pastas, pizza ,and a whole lot of things I can neither understand nor pronounce( which I think is always a good thing because who doesn’t like to be surprised). In other words GET THERE.
